2026 Rossland Winter Carnival Activities at the Museum

It's almost Winter Carnival time in Rossland, and we are here for it!

Join us at the Museum on Saturday and Sunday, January 24-25, from 10 am to 5 pm for a frosty, family-friendly weekend of fun:

🌨️ Get lost in our snow maze
⛄ Show off your skills in a snowman-building competition
🛷 Take a thrilling ride on our toboggan run
☕ Warm up with hot drinks and maple taffy
🔥 Cozy up by the campfire

Inside, enjoy a special scavenger hunt and family-friendly crafts!

Entrance by donation all weekend!

 

Activity Schedule

Saturday, January 25th:

Snow maze, campfire, tobogganing, snow painting, indoor crafts, hot chocolate & hot apple cider available all day!

Snowman-building Contest: build all day, winners announced Sunday at 4 pm

Maple Taffy at 12:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm

We’ll have toboggans, crazy carpets, and snowshoes of all sizes!
