2025 Columbia Basin Culture Tour at the Rossland Museum
Join our 11 am tour on Fridays and Saturdays for skits by the Gold Fever Follies (included in museum admission)
Don't forget to make the Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre part of your Columbia Basin Culture Tour! On Saturday-Sunday August 9-10th, the Museum will be open by donation all weekend with family-friendly crafts and artist demos.
Explore Rossland's mining, geology, skiing, and social history! Guided tours: 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm.

Skits by the Gold Fever Follies: 11 am
Performance by fiddler Gabe Mann, 11 am to 12:30 pm and 1 to 2 pm
Sunday:
Demonstration and free henna tattoos by Masira Mansuri from 10 am to 1 pm
About the Artists:
Masira Mansuri:
Masira is originally from India and currently lives and works in the beautiful West Kootenays region in British Columbia, Canada.
She is a self-taught artist who specializes in Henna Art, watercolour, and gouache painting. Her artistic style is inspired by nature, reflecting the vibrant colours and forms found in the outdoors. Through her art, the aim is to inspire others to appreciate the world around them and embrace their own creative expressions.
Gold Fever Follies:
The Gold Fever Follies offers a new family-friendly musical comedy every summer with cancan dancing, original music and exciting characters based on Rossland’s gold rush days of the late 1890s. Runs July & August, 3 pm and 7:30 pm shows Tuesdays through Saturdays.
Gabe Mann will be playing the fiddle between 11 am and 2 pm on Saturday, August 9th
