The Columbia Basin Culture Tour is Back!

Come celebrate arts & culture at the Rossland Museum on August 6th and 7th with special activities, daily outdoor tours, and special guests!

The Museum will be open Saturday August 6th & Sunday August 7th from 10 am to 6 pm by donation. We will have a variety of kids activities including a couple art projects and a scavenger hunt. Outdoor tours will happen daily at 11:00 am & 3:00 pm.

Saturday:

Art by KimBoho will be on-site with some of her amazing artwork and will be working on a painting throughout the day.

 

Gold Fever Follies Official will be on-site for our vignette tour at 11am

** Don't forget about the Gold Fever Follies every Tuesday-Saturday at 3 pm and 7:30 pm in the Miner's Hall!

 

Sunday:

Sinixt matriarch, Taress Alexis will be on-site in the afternoon doing a cedar weaving demonstration and discussing harvesting techniques and the importance of cedar to the Sinixt.
