We’re also in the final design development stage for our Renewal Project’s Phase Two: The Mine Experience! With $5M raised as of May 2025, we’re planning to head to the construction phase as soon as possible!

The Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre is thrilled to announce a significant milestone: a $1,000,000 grant from the Province of British Columbia through the Rural Economic Diversification and Infrastructure Program (REDIP).

Canada Day is just around the corner! Join us at the Rossland Museum for our 2025 July 1st celebrations. We have an amazing line-up of crafts, activities, ceremony, community groups, cake, and live music from 11 am to 4 pm. Check out our games, crafts, and bouncy house fun, grab some tacos, hot dogs, and a cold drink, and settle down to enjoy the show. The ceremony starts at noon, with a welcome by the Autonomous Sinixt, an address by the Mayor, singing of O Canada, and - of course - cake! Entry by donation.

June 2025 is packed with events, activities, and ideas to celebrate in the lead-up to July 1st! The Rossland Museum will be open with free entry (donations welcome) on each of the Celebrate Canada Days: National Indigenous People’s Day, St. Jean Baptiste Day, National Multiculturalism Day, and Canada Day!
