2023 BC Heritage Week
Join us in celebrating Rossland’s heritage this BC Heritage Week, February 21-25!
This year's theme is Always In All Ways, which means a giant celebration of all things heritage!
once Again, we'll be open by donation all week (Feb 21-25) to celebrate.
We’ve developed two new exhibits!
At the museum, we will have an exhibit on the Rossland Club, while the Rossland Public Library is hosting a new outreach exhibit on heritage recipes. There will even be a mini recipe book that you get to take home after visiting the Library exhibit (while supplies last), featuring recipes from our collection and staff! If you loved the apple cider at the Winter Carnival, this is your chance to snag the recipe!
We are also running a colouring contest!
Colouring sheets will be available at the Museum and at the Rossland Public Library (after February 16th) and online (below!). Colouring sheets must be turned in to the Museum or submitted by email (info@rosslandmuseum.ca) by February 28th for entry in the contest and the chance to win a family membership to the Museum!
