The Genealogy Club meets on the last Tuesday of the month and is open to everyone! The next meeting is 1-3 pm on Tuesday, March 31. Do you have photographs or documents to digitize? You can now book an appointment with us to use our digitization equipment! Contact our Collections Manager at artifacts@rosslandmuseum.ca to book an appointment!

• Our scanners can handle photographs, slides, negatives, and documents

• Bring your own USB drive or hard drive

• We'll introduce you to our equipment

• If you have extra-large photographs/negatives, get in touch to see if our scanners can accommodate them

We're in the Final Stretch! The Rossland Museum Renewal Project is almost ready to break ground on Phase Two – The Mine Experience. We are submitting our building permit in the coming weeks, hiring our Construction Manager, and preparing to mobilize for construction in early spring. With designs complete and exhibition design in its final stages, this once‑in‑a‑generation project is moving from planning to reality.

We have secured $5.2M toward this transformational phase. With additional planning costs, rising construction prices, and updated code and infrastructure requirements, we are seeking additional support from our community, businesses, and partners to fully fund construction and keep the project on schedule.
