We have a new outreach exhibit! During its mining heyday, Rossland had close to 40 hotels. These hotels housed guests and residents alike, since housing for upwards of 7,000 people was hard to come by in the growing town. Stop by the Rossland Prestige to learn about some of Rossland’s historic hotels - from out-of-the-ordinary amenities such as bowling lanes, to an 80+ year legacy, to a rather explosive closure! Checking In: Rossland’s Historic Hotels will be at the Prestige until mid-June.
